Project Stages

1. Sketch Plan/Feasibility

Client brief/budget.

Time schedule.

Consult with local Council and in some cases an
Engineer or Surveyor.

Sketch considers town planning restrictions, site
orientation, site preparations, street appeal.

Soil tests are arranged at this time.

 

2. Town Planning Applications

Prepare planning application documents including
written reports in support of the project.

Prepare relevant plans and drawing for lodging to
council for a Town Planning Application.

Liaise with Council.

 

3. Building Permit Applications

Preparation of comprehensive working drawings
(construction plans) This may require liaison with
Engineers and other consultants if not already done.

Preparation of specifications and/or Energy Rating
Report.

Tender documents (if required).

Completed and stamped drawings ready for lodging to
Council for Building Permit Application and builder’s
pricing.

 

4. Detailing of Steel Structures (if required)

We will quote and detail up any steel members in your structure, ready for steel fabrication.

 

5. Models (if required)

Construction of physical model for display OR Computer 3D models provided on disc.
