Fee Structure

Due to the individuality of every design, we do not provide quotations over the phone or Internet, site unseen.

However, we are pleased to offer a quotation to you in person, if the following information is provided:

General brief or outline of the work (entails sizes, type
of construction, and a list of "must-haves" down to
wishes if budget allows).

Site location and address for a site visit by one of our
Staff Members.

On site consultations are free if in the local Launceston area.
Out-of-area site trips are charged at our standard travel rates.

We also do prepare drawings at an hourly rate if that is more appropriate to you.

Payments are made at the end of each stage, either by cash, cheque, Internet deposit, credit card or EFTpos.

Additional fees by local councils and/or external consultants such as Engineers or Surveyors or for Soil Testing, may be needed. We do not provide estimates of fees from other consultants, but are happy to offer advice or direction.

Although we do not do everything in our office, we are very happy to guide you through all parts of the process.
