Lateral Building Designs (formally known as Lateral Drafting P/L) is a family based business whose purpose it is to provide quality professional work with friendly service. While considering all aspects of the land and environment, we create home designs that reflect the client’s needs and desires.

Our aim is to provide designs that are one off, attractive in appearance, with particular emphasis on a layout that flows easily and captures the sun, while still meeting all of the client's requirements.

To meet 5 and 6 Star Energy Efficiency Rating, we believe orientation of living rooms to the sun, is the key.

Our work consists of all types of New Homes, Additions, Extensions, Unit Developments, 3D computer Images, and physical Display Models. We have a fully qualified, dedicated team who all love what we do, and strive to provide the client with a service that exceeds all expectations.
